How to order?

To order just add the desired products to the cart. As soon as you make the payment you will receive an email with a confirmation of your order.

I made a mistake on the shipping address. Is it possible to change the delivery information after payment has been made?

Yes, it is possible to change the delivery information, but only immediately after you have made the payment before your order has been dispatched. For that, you need to send an email to info@mysapottery.com indicating your order number and the new shipping address. Please note that the billing information cannot be changed.

SHIPPING

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If you are having troubles ordering to a certain country, send an email to info@mysapottery.com.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. To mainland Portugal, on purchases over 200€ we offer the shipping costs.

What is the delivery time?

For mainland Portugal, and essentially for items in stock, delivery is expected in 3-4 business days. For Açores, Madeira and Spain 4-10 business days. For the other countries, the prediction is up to 15 business days.

What payment methods can I use?

The following payment methods are available: VISA/MasterCard Credit Card, MB WAY, PayPal, Bank Transfer and Multibanco Reference.

Is it safe to buy online?

On our website payment is secure and none of your personal data is retained.

Can I change my order?

It is not possible to change your order. However, you can return your order only if the item is defective, damaged during transport or if you received the wrong item. You will receive a refund, not including the shipping costs.

What should I do if my order is damaged, defective or if I received the wrong item?

If you verified that your product is defective, damaged during transport, or if you received the wrong item, you have 24 hours to report the problem. You must send an email to payments@mysapottery.com indicating your order number and product reference. The return request will only be accepted when sustained by image proofs.
