The Terms & Conditions intend to inform the general conditions of access and use of our website by you, the user, in particular its resources, functionalities and services offered. MYSA Pottery’s website is related to handmade ceramic and porcelain pieces, as well as decoration and table set products. Users can purchase various products throughout our website.
ACCOUNT TERMS & CONDITIONS
When you register for a new account or place an order you must provide information about yourself that is accurate, complete and corresponds to the truth. If any of your registration information changes, please notify us at the following email address info@mysapottery.com. From time to time, registration requirements may be submitted to some changes. If you have any issues with your account or need any help regarding it please do not hesitate to contact our team.
In order to make purchases on MYSA Pottery’s website you will be required to provide your personal information, in particular your name, email address, phone number and other information that might be necessary. Additionally, you will also be required to provide your payment details. The payment method must be both valid and correct and you must confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided. We ask you to check our Privacy Policy for information about how we use your personal data.
ORDERS
Orders are subject to availability, so you must be aware that any items in your cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other costumers.
The availability of the products indicated in the store may suffer from changes due to temporary shortages of stock or due to reasons of force majeure. Please email us at info@mysapottery.com if you have any queries on availability before ordering.
Ceramic pieces or crystalline pottery made on commission by you will not be available in our website store. These orders will be handled directly between you and MYSA Pottery’s team. If you wish to have a unique piece commissioned for your home or your business please check the “COMISSIONS” section available in our website for further instructions on how to proceed.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automatic email stating the details of your order. Please bear in mind that this is not an acceptance of your order, but only a confirmation that MYSA Pottery’s team have receive it.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of the order will be proceeded and the contract between you and MYSA Pottery will be completed as soon as you receive an email confirming that the goods have been dispatched.
We have the right to not accept your order if, for example, we are unable to obtain an authorization for payment, shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, the item ordered is not available or out of stock.
MYSA Pottery team makes efforts to ensure that all the details on our website are accurate. However, from time to time, we might discover an error in the pricing of products. If an error in the price of a product in your order is found, we will inform you as soon as possible. MYSA Pottery has no obligation to accept or fulfill an order for a product that advertised incorrectly with a price and reserve the right to cancel an order that has been accepted already or is in transit. If you ordered a product whose price was incorrect for any reason, MYSA Pottery team will contact you via email or telephone to inform you about the incident. If you will not accept to pay for the difference of the new price attributed to the item you will be informed that MYSA Pottery will not accept your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If the payment for the goods were already been done, you will receive a full refund as soon as possible. If it happens that the acquired products are already in transit, your refund will only be processed once the products have been returned to MYSA Pottery.
PAYMENTS
MYSA Pottery accepts payments done through the following means: Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfer, ATM reference and MBWAY.
You should confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used for the payment is yours or that you have been authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it as all holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refused to authorize the payment to MYSA Pottery, we will not be responsible for the non-delivery of your goods.
Orders placed on any of the platforms are reserved to await payment for a period of 48 hours. In the case of bank transfer, you must send us the proof by email at info@mysapottery.com so that we can confirm the payment and proceed with the dispatchment of the order.
All payment transactions on the MYSA Pottery’s website are processed using Ifthenpay, a secure online payment intermediary.

SHIPPING
MYSA Pottery ships to worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, shipping options and weight of your order. Due to the large size and weight of some of our products, certain orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. Shipping options and delivery costs are calculated at the checkout.
To mainland Portugal, on purchases over 200€ we offer the shipping costs.
We recommend you to contact info@mysapottery.com if you wish to obtain a full shipping cost prior to placing your order.
Please note that taxes and other compulsory payments that might be charged when shipping internationally are the sole responsibility and shall be paid by the costumer. We advise you to contact your local bank do determine all taxes to be charged prior to purchase completion.
DELIVERY
For items in stock, orders are aimed to be dispatched within 1-2 business days using a trackable service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking information.
Depending on your location, delivery date may vary. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery for mainland Portugal, in particular for items in stock, is expected in 3-4 business days. For Açores, Madeira and Spain 4-10 business days. For the other countries, the prediction is up to 15 business days. MYSA Pottery is not responsible for any courier delays. The delivery time for pre-order or made to order will vary in accordance to the lead times on our website. Lead times on our website might be subjected to change and/or delays.
However, if any changes on lead times, we will let you know. Please bear in mind that for orders that contain both items in stock and pre-orders, shipping will only occur when all items of the order are in stock to be dispatched together.
No changes can be made to the shipping address once goods have been dispatched.
MYSA Pottery endeavors to fulfill all orders placed. If we are unable to deliver to your location our team will let you know.
RETURNS
Return of orders is allowed when the item is defective, damaged during transport or if you received the wrong item. We recommend you to inspect your order upon receipt and to report the problem contacting us within the 24 hours immediately after delivery. You must send an email to payments@mysapottery.com indicating your order number and product reference. The return request will only be accepted when sustained by image proofs. If your return request is accepted, you will receive instructions on where to send your package. Please note that shipping costs are by costumer responsibility unless wrong item has been received, in which we will refund the postage paid. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and a refund will not be processed.
Please bear in mind that return requests clamming that the colors of the items do not match to the ones displayed on our website will be declined. We have made enormous efforts to display as accurately as possible the colors of all our items available on our website. Depending on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will display as accurately as possible the true color of the item.
REFUNDS
Once we have received your returned item you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be reported to MYSA Pottery at info@mysapottery.com. MYSA Potter’s main goal is to resolve complaints taking the costumers satisfaction into consideration.
